Reinet Investments addresses speculation on Pension Insurance Corporation stake

Reinet Investments S.C.A. (JSE:RNIE) has responded to recent market speculation regarding its stake in Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited (PIC). The company confirms it has been approached and is engaged in talks concerning the potential disposal of its indirect 49.5 percent interest in PIC. However, Reinet cautioned that there is no certainty that any transaction will proceed, nor as to the terms of any such transaction.
