** Quilter PLC (JSE:QLTE) announced today that it holds a 3.22% interest in Assura PLC, amounting to 104,931,173 shares. The disclosure, made under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, reveals Quilter's position as of June 25, 2025. In addition to its interest in Assura PLC, Quilter is also making disclosures in respect of Primary Health Properties PLC.
