Paul Hemburrow to lead Paladin Energy in 2025

Paladin Energy Limited (ASX:PDN, TSX:PDN, OTCQX:PALAF) has announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Hemburrow as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, set to take effect on September 1, 2025. Hemburrow, currently the company's Chief Operating Officer since 2023, will also join the Board of Directors. The appointment is the result of a structured succession plan. Current CEO Ian Purdy, who has led Paladin since 2020, will remain available to assist the company through his notice period, ending in mid-December. The Board expressed confidence in Hemburrow's leadership and technical capabilities to capitalize on opportunities within Paladin's global asset portfolio.
