Kumba Iron Ore BSP trust sells shares on market

Kumba Iron Ore Limited (JSE:KIO) announced today that the Kumba Bonus Share Plan (BSP) Trust sold 2,513 ordinary shares in the open market on June 23, 2025. The shares were sold at a weighted average price of ZAR268.7525 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of ZAR675,375.03. The highest price achieved during the sales was ZAR269.52 and the lowest price was ZAR268.15. The sale, conducted in compliance with JSE Limited Listings Requirements, represents a direct beneficial interest. Clearance for the transaction was obtained beforehand.
