Kumba Iron Ore appoints Mark Goliath as non-executive director

Kumba Iron Ore Limited (JSE:KIO) announced the appointment of Mark Goliath as a non-executive director to its board, effective July 1, 2025. Representing the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC), Mr. Goliath will also join the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee. Currently the Acting Divisional Executive: Manufacturing at the IDC, he brings over 15 years of corporate finance and 13 years of manufacturing operations experience. Kumba's Chairperson, Mr. Terence Goodlace, expressed enthusiasm for Mr. Goliath's contribution to strengthening the company's competitive position.
