Vodacom Group secretary sells shares to cover tax obligations

Vodacom Group Limited (JSE:VOD) announced that its company secretary, Karen Robinson, sold 1,710 of the company's shares on June 23, 2025. The sale, executed on the open market, was conducted to cover tax liabilities arising from the vesting of forfeitable shares granted to Ms. Robinson. The transaction was cleared in advance and the sale was at a price of ZAR129.3812 per share, resulting in a total value of ZAR221,241.85.
