Oryx Properties extends cautionary announcement on Safari Investments acquisition

Oryx Properties Limited (JSE:ORY) has renewed its cautionary announcement regarding the potential acquisition of 100% shareholding in Safari Investments Namibia (Proprietary) Limited. The company issued previous cautionary announcements on 20 March 2025, 28 March 2025, 09 May 2025 and 12 May 2025. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Oryx securities until a further announcement is made. Safari Investments Namibia (Proprietary) Limited owns and manages the Platz am Meer Shopping Centre in Swakopmund, Namibia. The transaction remains contingent upon fulfilling agreed-upon conditions with the sellers. IJG Securities (Pty) Ltd is acting as the sponsor for the deal.
