Omnia Holdings confirms special dividend payout approval

Omnia Holdings Limited (JSE: OMN) announced today the finalization of its special dividend payout, following the receipt of Exchange Control approval. The company had previously declared a special dividend of ZAR275 cents per share on June 9, 2025, subject to applicable dividends tax as per the Income Tax Act (Act 58 of 1962).
