Lighthouse Properties: Associate of director acquires ordinary shares

Lighthouse Properties PLC (JSE:LTE) announced that Delsa Investments (Pty) Ltd ("Delsa"), an associate of director Desmond de Beer, has acquired 82,467 ordinary shares of the company. The transaction, which occurred on June 20, 2025, involved an on-market purchase at a price of ZAR 7.99 per share, resulting in a total value of ZAR 658,729.90. Desmond de Beer is a beneficiary of the Grove Trust, which is the shareholder of Delsa. The nature and extent of the director's interest is indirect beneficial.
