Brait P.L.C.: Director associate Titan Premier increases stake

Titan Premier Investments (Pty) Ltd, an associate of Brait P.L.C. director Dr. CH Wiese, has increased its holdings in Brait P.L.C. (JSE:BAT) through on-market purchases. On June 18, 2025, Titan acquired 404,654 ordinary shares at a price of R2.1599 per share, totaling R874,012.17. A further purchase occurred on June 19, 2025, with 323,084 shares bought at R2.1763 per share, amounting to R703,127.71. Both transactions were executed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Brait P.L.C. is listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the JSE.
