Astoria: Directors' associate acquires 3.1m shares

Astoria Investments Limited (JSE: ARA), listed on both the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, announced that an associate of directors Johannes Cornelis van Niekerk and Pieter Gerhardt Viljoen, Maximus Corporation (Pty) Ltd ("Maximus"), has purchased 3,117,384 ordinary shares. The nature and extent of the interest is indirect beneficial. The off-market transaction, which had prior clearance, occurred on June 20, 2025, at a price of 675 cents per share. The total value of the securities acquired amounts to ZAR 21,042,342.
