Hammerson executes share buyback programme

Hammerson plc (JSE:HMN) announced today, 20 June 2025, that it has purchased 61,016 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from GBP289.40 to GBP294.20 per share. The volume-weighted average price paid was GBP291.82 per share. The buyback was executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, as per the terms of the share buyback programme initially announced on 16 October 2024. These shares will be cancelled. As of today's announcement, Hammerson has bought back a total of 15,173,896 ordinary shares since the start of the programme.
