Coronation increases stake in Spear REIT to 12.17%

Spear REIT Limited (JSE: SEA) announced today that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited, acting on behalf of its clients ("Coronation"), has acquired an increased beneficial interest in the company's securities. The acquisition brings Coronation's total beneficial interests held to 12.17% of the total issued ordinary share capital of Spear REIT. The notification complies with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. Spear REIT's board has confirmed the accuracy and completeness of the announcement, which is based on information received from Coronation. The requisite notice has been filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel. PSG Capital acted as sponsor for Spear REIT in this transaction. The date of this release is June 20, 2025.
