Vodacom director sells 7,719 shares in on-market transaction

Theresa Di-Mari Nel, Commercial Operations Director of Vodacom (Pty) Limited, has sold 7,719 ordinary shares of Vodacom Group on the open market, according to a JSE Limited Listings Requirements announcement dated June 19, 2025. The sale occurred on June 18, 2025, at a price of ZAR127.0822 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of ZAR980,947.50. Ms. Nel has direct beneficial interest and clearance to deal was obtained. Investec Bank Limited acted as sponsor for the transaction.
