Spear REIT: Director's associates purchase shares on open market

Associates of Spear REIT Limited (JSE: SEAE) director Quintin Michael Rossi recently purchased shares in the company, according to a JSE Limited Listings Requirements compliance announcement. On June 12, 2025, Evlah Investments Proprietary Limited, where Rossi is a director and beneficiary, acquired 4,400 Spear REIT shares at a price of 1,005 cents per share, for a total transaction value of ZAR44,220.00. In addition, Miss EE Rossi and Miss EFR Rossi, both minor children of the director, each acquired 3,000 shares on the same date at a price of 1,022 cents per share, resulting in transactions valued at ZAR30,660.00 each. These transactions represent indirect, beneficial and non-beneficial interests for Rossi's associates. Clearance for these dealings was obtained in accordance with paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
