Hammerson plc (JSE: HMN) announced today it has purchased 61,016 of its ordinary shares at a volume weighted average price of 292.12 pence per share. The purchase was executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, following instructions issued by the Company on October 16, 2024. The shares will be cancelled. The highest price paid per share was 293.60 pence, and the lowest price was 290.00 pence. This transaction forms part of the Share Buyback Programme announced on October 16, 2024.
