PSG Financial Services to hold annual general meeting July 24

PSG Financial Services Limited (JSE: KST) has announced that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held entirely through electronic communication at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2025. This follows the release of the company's integrated annual report for the year ended February 28, 2025, on May 23, 2025. The Notice of AGM and summary of the company's consolidated annual financial statements are now available to shareholders and can be accessed on the company's website at https://www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/investor-information. The record date to determine shareholders entitled to receive the meeting notice was June 6, 2025. The last day to trade to be eligible to attend, speak, and vote at the meeting is July 15, 2025, with a corresponding record date of July 18, 2025. The deadline for submitting forms of proxy is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and results will be published on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
