Primary Health Properties announces third interim dividend for 2025

Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) has announced its third quarterly interim dividend for 2025. Shareholders will receive GBX 1.775 per ordinary share of 12.5 pence, with GBX 1.375 classified as a Property Income Distribution (PID). The dividend is payable on 15 August 2025, to shareholders registered on 4 July 2025. Qualifying shareholders may be eligible to receive PIDs without withholding tax, details of which are available on the company website. PHP also confirms participation in its dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), administered by Equiniti, enabling shareholders to reinvest dividend payments into additional PHP shares.
