Vunani anticipates significant losses exceeding 100% decrease

Vunani Limited (JSE:VUN) has issued a trading statement advising shareholders that it expects to report a basic loss per share of between 6.2 cents and 8.0 cents for the year ended February 28, 2025. This is a significant downturn compared to the basic earnings per share of 9.0 cents for the previous corresponding period, representing an expected decrease exceeding 100%. The company also anticipates a headline loss per share of between 2.0 cents and 3.5 cents, compared to the headline earnings per share of 7.4 cents for the previous period, which also signifies a decrease in excess of 100%. Vunani stated that the information is unaudited. The annual results are scheduled for release on SENS on or about June 20, 2025.
