Vodacom extends Maziv acquisition deadline to July 4, 2025

Vodacom Group Limited (JSE:VOD) has announced an extension to the transaction timeline for its acquisition of a 30% interest in Maziv Proprietary Limited ("Maziv"), the entity that will house fibre assets owned by Community Investment Ventures Holdings (Pty) Limited. As per the announcement dated May 23, 2025, the transaction's long stop date was previously extended to June 13, 2025. The parties have now agreed to further extend this date to July 4, 2025.
