Sasol appoints new independent director, announces board changes

Sasol Limited (JSE: SOL) has announced changes to its board of directors, effective June 2025. Xikongomelo Maluleke has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, satisfying independence requirements in both South Africa and the United States. Maluleke, a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial experience, previously served on the Board of Sasol South Africa Limited and as an Independent Trustee of the Sasol Khanyisa Employee Share Ownership Trust, positions from which she has resigned.
