Master Drilling AGM: All resolutions passed, directors reelected

Master Drilling Group Limited (JSE: MDI) announced the successful passing of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, June 12, 2025. Key resolutions included the reelection of Mamokete Emily Ramathe and Hendrik Johannes Faul as Non-Executive Directors. Shareholders also reappointed BDO South Africa Incorporated as the company's auditor. Additionally, Andries Willem Brink, Akhter Alli Deshmukh, and Mamokete Emily Ramathe were elected as members of the Audit Committee. The general authority to allot and issue authorized but unissued ordinary shares was approved, as was the authority to issue shares for cash. Furthermore, the remuneration policy and its implementation were endorsed, and the general authority to acquire Master Drilling ordinary shares was granted. Director's fees were also approved. All resolutions passed with significant majority votes, with 86.32% of the votable shares represented at the meeting.
