enX Group announces board changes: Baloyi resigns, Mokhobo appointed

enX Group Limited (JSE:ENX) has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Paul Baloyi has resigned from his position as a director and chair of the Board, effective June 11, 2025. Baloyi also served as a member, and chair for nomination matters, on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee. The Board expressed its gratitude to Baloyi for his exemplary leadership and invaluable contributions to the company. Concurrently, Mr. Ramakhatela (“Khati”) Mokhobo has been appointed to the position of chair of the Board, with immediate effect. enX Group stated that it will review the composition of its various Board committees following these changes and will issue a further announcement advising shareholders of any subsequent adjustments.
