Tharisa executive director Tavros sells shares on market

Marios Tavros, an Executive Director of Arxo Resources Limited, a major subsidiary of Tharisa plc (JSE: THA), has sold 14,706 Tharisa plc shares in an on-market transaction. The shares were sold on June 6, 2025, at a price of ZAR17.99 per share on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The total value of the transaction amounted to ZAR264,560.94. This dealing represents an initial notification under the JSE Limited Listings Requirements. Tavros holds a direct beneficial interest in the shares and clearance to deal was obtained.
