Allan Gray increases stake in Pan African Resources

Allan Gray Proprietary Limited has declared a change in its voting rights attached to shares in Pan African Resources PLC (JSE: PAN), according to a TR-1 notification issued on June 6, 2025. The change occurred on June 3, 2025. As a result of the transaction, Allan Gray's voting rights attached to shares now stand at 11.7958%, equivalent to 239,374,635 voting rights held in the issuer. This is a decrease from the previous notification where their voting rights stood at 12.9544%. Allan Gray is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity.
