Glencore repurchases 3.25m shares in buyback program

Glencore plc (JSE:GLN) announced today, 5 June 2025, the purchase of 3,250,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange through Citigroup Global Markets Limited. These transactions form part of Glencore's existing buyback program, expected to conclude by 6 August 2025. The volume weighted average price paid per share was GBP 288.79p, with the lowest price paid being GBP 284.75p and the highest being GBP 291.20p.
