Santova executives exercise share options in June

SANTOVA LIMITED (JSE:SNV) has announced that several executive directors and senior executives have exercised share options on June 4, 2025. GH Gerber of Santova Limited exercised options for 562,165 shares, granted on February 22, 2016 at ZAR4.15 per share, totaling ZAR2,332,984.75, along with an additional 266,000 options granted on May 18, 2018 at ZAR2.98 per share, totaling ZAR792,680.00. AKG Lewis from Santova Corporate Services UK Limited exercised options for 253,537 shares from a February 22, 2016 grant at ZAR4.15 per share (ZAR1,052,178.55), and 110,000 options from May 18, 2018 grant at ZAR2.98 per share (ZAR327,800).
