Numeral Ltd delays release of 2025 financial results

Numeral Ltd, cross-listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM) and the AltX of the JSE, has received approval from the SEM for an extension to the deadline for releasing its financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025. The delay is attributed to the extended time required for consolidation of individual financial statements. The company now expects to publish its audited financial statements by the end of June 2025. This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005.
