Afrimat bolsters board with new non-executive directors

Afrimat Limited (JSE:AFT) has announced the appointment of Jacques Breytenbach and Pierre Joubert as non-executive directors, effective June 1, 2025. This strategic move aims to enhance the Board's skillset, governance, and strategic oversight. Breytenbach brings over 25 years of experience in the South African mining industry, most recently as CFO of Petra Diamonds, where he led several corporate finance transactions, including a US$800 million debt restructure. Joubert has over 44 years of experience in production and project management across leading mining companies in Africa, including executive roles at Ivanhoe Mines.
