AECI appoints Ian Kramer as permanent chief financial officer

AECI Limited (JSE:AFE) has announced the appointment of Mr. Ian Kramer as the permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and an executive director, effective June 2, 2025. This follows Mr. Kramer's tenure as acting CFO since December 31, 2024. The board of directors confirmed the appointment in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
