Mondi announces dividend reinvestment plan results for 2024

Mondi plc (JSE:MNP) today announced the results of its Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIPs) related to the final dividend for the year ending December 31, 2024, which was EUR46.67 euro cents per ordinary share. Shareholders on the UK main register reinvested 3,643,095 shares, or 0.83% of issued capital, resulting in the purchase of 117,364 shares at an average price of GBP12.1515 per share. On the South African branch register, shareholders reinvested 12,546,080 shares, or 2.84% of issued capital, leading to the purchase of 373,915 shares at an average price of ZAR290.0999 per share. Mondi confirmed the DRIP results in accordance with JSE Listings Requirements.
