HCI announces board changes: Nicolella to Africa Energy, Pereira promoted

Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited (JSE:HCI) announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, effective May 29, 2025. Mr. J.R. Nicolella has resigned from his role as Financial Director of HCI to take on the full-time position of Chief Executive Officer at Africa Energy Corp (AEC). Cisco Pereira, previously serving as Chief Executive Officer of La Concorde Holdings, has been promoted to Financial Director of the HCI group and Executive Director of the HCI Board, succeeding Nicolella. Additionally, Ms. Adhika Singh, a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with 26 years of experience, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the HCI board. The company expressed its gratitude to Nicolella for his contributions and extended its best wishes to Pereira, Singh, and Nicolella in their new roles.
