Frontier (JSE:FTHE) declares dividend despite slight earnings dip

Frontier Transport Holdings Limited (JSE:FTHE) has released its reviewed condensed consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2025, reporting a 16.5% increase in revenue to ZAR3 037.003m (March 2024: ZAR2 605.820m). Headline earnings per share dipped slightly by 3.5% to 127.79 cents (March 2024: 132.40 cents), and earnings per share decreased by 2.9% to 130.19 cents (March 2024: 134.01 cents). The net asset value increased by 17.8% to ZAR1 626.624m (March 2024: ZAR1 381.031m). Despite the earnings dip, the company declared a final ordinary dividend of 37.2 cents per share from income reserves, up from 24.2 cents in 2024.
