Afine Investments announces audited results and final cash dividend

Afine Investments Limited (JSE:ANIE), a REIT specializing in income-generating properties primarily in the petroleum sector, has announced its audited results for the year ended 28 February 2025. The company reported revenue of ZAR 48,074,622, a 7.37% increase from the previous year's ZAR 44,774,819. Distributable earnings rose by 13.24% to ZAR 30,552,797. Basic and diluted earnings per share increased to 96.19 cents and headline earnings per share increased to 42.12 cents. The company declared a final cash dividend of 22.3 cents per share (Dividend Number 7), payable on 23 June 2025, and also approved as a REIT.
