Adcorp (JSE:ADR) announces strong results and final dividend increase

ADCORP HOLDINGS LIMITED (JSE:ADR) has released its audited consolidated results for the year ended 28 February 2025, revealing a period of substantial financial improvement. Revenue rose by 2.0% to ZAR 13.2 billion, and gross profit increased by 3.5% to ZAR 1.30 billion. Operating profit saw a remarkable 33.3% jump to ZAR 171.6 million, with profit for the year increasing by 60.0% to ZAR 140.9 million. Earnings per share increased to 134.7 cents per share. The Group's strong liquidity position is reflected in a net unrestricted cash balance of ZAR 442.1 million. The board declared a final gross dividend of 50.01817 cents per share, payable on August 18, 2025.
