Quilter PLC discloses 1.28% interest in LondonMetric Property

Quilter PLC, along with its subsidiaries, has disclosed its holdings in LondonMetric Property PLC. According to a Form 8.3 filing, Quilter owns and/or controls 26,642,763 ordinary shares of LondonMetric, equivalent to 1.28% of the company. This disclosure follows recent trading activity, including the purchase of 4,300 shares at GBX 2.002 per share, 9,900 shares at GBX 1.9914 per share, 783 shares at GBX 1.986203 per share and the sale of 341 shares at GBX 1.985362 per share. In addition to its interest in LondonMetric Property PLC, Quilter also makes disclosures in respect of Urban Logistics REIT PLC. The disclosure is dated 28 May 2025.
