ANIREP delays publication of audited annual results

Alpha Namibia Industries Renewable Power Limited (ANIREP) [JSE:ANENM] announced today that it will delay the release of its audited annual results for the year ended February 28, 2025. The delay has been attributed to complexities associated with the first-time group-wide audit, specifically regarding the valuation of share-based payments and goodwill, which has extended audit timelines. ANIREP has obtained formal approval from the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX) to postpone the publication of its financial statements until on or before June 30, 2025. This extension is in accordance with section 3.16 of the NSX Listing Requirements. The announcement was made by order of the board on May 28, 2025.
