PSG Financial Services announces board and committee changes

PSG Financial Services (JSE:KFS) announced key changes to its board and committees following its nominations committee's annual review. Ms. Anna Modi Hlobo ("Modi") will retire by rotation at the company's annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for July 24, 2025, and will not seek re-election. Consequently, she will step down as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit, risk, and social and ethics committees. Additionally, Mr. Francois Johannes Gouws ("Francois") will resign from the social and ethics committee, effective May 30, 2025, to align with updated Companies Act Amendments. The company thanked Modi for her contribution. According to the announcement, these changes will not create any board vacancies.
