Letshego Namibia announces AGM, dividend, director re-election

** Letshego Holdings Namibia (JSE:LHNNM) has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for June 27, 2025, at 12:00, at Letshego Bank Namibia Limited in Windhoek and accessible via Microsoft Teams. Shareholders will consider the annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and ratify previously declared dividends, including an interim dividend of NAD0.3989 per share paid in November 2024, and a final dividend of NAD0.4388 per share to be paid on June 27, 2025. The AGM will also address the re-election of Ms. Mansueta-Maria Nandjila Nakale as an independent non-executive director.
