Collins directors' associates transact shares off market

Associates of directors Dr CH Wiese and JD Wiese transacted in Collins Property Group Limited (JSE:CPP) shares off market, according to a JSE announcement. The transactions involved Titan Fincap Solutions (RF) (Pty) Ltd purchasing and Titan Share Dealers (Pty) Ltd selling Collins ordinary shares. Both transactions occurred on May 23, 2025, at a price of ZAR9.64 per share with 682,211 shares being traded. The total value of ordinary shares involved was ZAR6,576,514.04 in each case. The nature of interest is indirect beneficial, and clearance to deal was obtained. These transactions are intra-group, not affecting ultimate beneficial ownership.
