Spear REIT delivers growth, declares final dividend

Spear REIT Limited (JSE:SEAE) has announced its audited financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025, reporting notable growth and a dividend declaration. Distributable income per share increased by 3.08% to ZAR 0.8555, with total distributable income reaching ZAR 252,003,000, a 25.5% increase year-over-year. The company declared a final gross dividend of ZAR 0.4174153 per share. Spear's property portfolio value increased to ZAR 5,532,267,000, reflecting a 19.54% growth. Occupancy rates improved significantly to 97%. Looking ahead, Spear anticipates DIPS growth of 4% to 6% for FY2026, maintaining a 95% payout ratio.
