ASP Isotopes to acquire Renergen in all-share offer

Renergen Limited [JSE:REN] and ASP Isotopes Inc. announced a firm intention for ASPI to acquire all outstanding Renergen ordinary shares through a scheme of arrangement or standby general offer. The offer consideration will be 0.09196 Consideration Shares for every one Renergen Share. As part of the deal, ASPI is seeking a secondary inward listing on the JSE. Major Renergen shareholders, collectively holding 35.86% of the company, have provided irrevocable undertakings to support the transaction.
