Trustco shares suspension continues; FY2024 results delayed

Trustco Group Holdings Limited (JSE:TTO) has announced an update regarding the ongoing suspension of trading of its shares and the delay in publishing its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2024 ("AFS FY2024"). The company says the delay is due to the need to comply with Namibian legislation, along with the need for coordinating international processes and various processes running concurrently. Trustco expects to publish its AFS FY2024 by June 30, 2025, and intends to hold its Annual General Meeting by July 31, 2025. The company plans to engage with the JSE to lift the suspension once regulatory processes are finalised. Shareholders are advised to follow the dated SENS announcements dated 20 and 23 January 2025.
