Quilter discloses 3.36% holding in Assura PLC securities

Quilter PLC (JSE:QLTE) announced today a public opening position disclosure regarding its interests in Assura PLC (Assura), in accordance with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of May 9, 2025, Quilter, along with its subsidiaries, holds 109,430,737 relevant securities in Assura, representing approximately 3.36% of Assura's ordinary shares. The disclosure also notes several sale transactions of Assura's 10p ordinary shares with prices ranging around GBP 0.4875 per unit. Quilter confirms it is also making disclosures concerning Primary Health Properties PLC. J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa Proprietary Limited acts as sponsor.
