Delta Property Fund: Phumzile Langeni to retire June 2025

Delta Property Fund Limited (JSE:DLT) has announced a change to its board of directors. In accordance with JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Phumzile Langeni will retire from her position as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Company on June 30, 2025, after serving for a longer than expected five-year period. Langeni is stepping down to focus on personal business interests. The Board expressed its gratitude to Phumzile Langeni for her contribution and dedication to the Company. Delta Property Fund is currently finalising new appointments following Langeni's retirement and the previously announced resignation of Brett Copans on February 14, 2025.
