Quilter plc: PDMR granted options in Sharesave plan

Quilter plc (JSE: QLTE) announced today that Chief Operating Officer Sarah Houlston, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), was granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 8 1/6 pence each under the Quilter plc 2025 Sharesave Plan on May 7, 2025. The options cover a total of 17,523 shares and are exercisable at a price of GBP 1.05 per share. These options are not exercisable until the completion of a three-year savings contract. The exercise period is between July 1, 2028 and December 31, 2028. The consideration price for the transaction is Nil, and it took place outside a trading venue.
