Lesaka reaffirms FY25 outlook, projects profitability in FY26

Lesaka Technologies Inc. (JSE:LSKE) announced its Q3 2025 results, reporting revenue of USD 135.7 million and net revenue of USD 73.4 million, increasing 43% in ZAR. Group Adjusted EBITDA reached USD 12.8 million, a 29% increase in ZAR. While the company reported a net loss of USD 22.1 million, this included a non-cash Mobikwik charge. The company reaffirms its FY2025 outlook, projecting revenue between ZAR 10.0 billion and ZAR 11.0 billion and Adjusted EBITDA between ZAR 900 million and ZAR 1 billion. Looking ahead to FY2026, Lesaka expects revenue between ZAR 11.4 billion and ZAR 12.2 billion, and projects positive net income.
