PHP shareholders approve resolutions at annual general meeting

At its Annual General Meeting today, Primary Health Properties PLC secured shareholder approval for all resolutions presented, including the adoption of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended December 31, 2024. Other key resolutions passed included the approval of the Directors’ remuneration report, the Company’s dividend policy, and the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor. Shareholders also voted in favor of re-electing Harry Hyman, Mark Davies, Richard Howell, Laure Duhot, Ian Krieger, Ivonne Cantú and Dr Bandhana Rawal as Directors. A controversial vote was to re-elect Harry Hyman, supported by 79.28% of shareholders, with the Board pledging to address concerns raised by opposing shareholders within six months and provide an update in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code. In addition, shareholders approved a resolution to authorize the making of political donations.
