AH-Vest appoints Ebrahim Ally as independent non-executive director

AH-Vest Limited has appointed Ebrahim Ally as an independent non-executive director. Ally brings over two decades of experience in logistics, healthcare, capital markets, telecommunications, and investment management to the role. He currently serves as Senior Director: Finance (Bulk & Corridors) at DP World and previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ZAR X. Ally's experience includes strategic financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, audit, treasury, and risk management. He has also served on executive boards, chaired investment committees, and advised fintech and healthtech start-ups. AH-Vest welcomes Ally's contribution to the company.
