Quilter PLC has announced its holdings and recent transactions related to several key companies. A Form 8.3 disclosure reveals that Quilter has a 3.39% interest in Assura PLC, amounting to 110,451,822 shares as of April 30, 2025. Quilter also confirmed it is making disclosures in respect of Primary Health Properties PLC. Quilter PLC engaged in both purchase and sale transactions of 10p ordinary shares of Primary Health Properties PLC. Purchased 7,500 shares at GBX0.48584 per share. It also sold shares at GBX0.48574, GBX0.48581 and GBX0.485698, volumes were 7,500, 557 and 3,700 respectively.
